Artistic for All (AFA) Pathway
This Pathway has been designed for children who display a natural talent and passion for gymnastics! They spend longer time on the equipment allowing them to learn more difficult skills. These gymnasts also follow our Badge Scheme and have the opportunity to compete to a County level if they wish.
Our coaches asses gymnasts in our Recreational Classes throughout the year to ascertain when they are ready to move to the AFA Pathway.

How our Classes work…
-Gymnasts are dropped off at the door and our met by our friendly team.
Parents are welcome to stay for the Taster Session but unfortunately we do not have the space for parents to stay every session- we do hold special Parent Viewing Sessions regularly though!
-All our classes start with a pulse raiser, stretch and basic skill focus to get the body and mind ready for the session ahead.
-Gymnasts are then divided into groups based on ability to go and work on the apparatus and the lesson will follow a targeted plan designed by Head Coach Hannah. Gymnasts will have a dedicated Group Coach, Apparatus Coaches and Helpers to assist them throughout the session all supervised by a Principal Coach.
-At the end of the session gymnasts line up for a brief summary from their Coach and are taken to the door ready to be met by their parents. Gymnasts must be collected from the bottom of the stairs – we will not allow them to walk into the car park on their own.
